How do I create a profile?
Click 'Register Free' on the homepage. Verify your mobile number via OTP and fill your profile in 10 easy steps.
Why is my profile not active?
Profiles require Aadhaar verification to become active. Go to 'My Profile' (/me) and upload your Aadhaar. Our team reviews within 24 hours.
Who can see my photos?
Based on your privacy settings — if set to 'After mutual acceptance', only interests you accept can see your photos. Logged-out visitors cannot see any photos.
How do I chat with matches?
After both sides accept interest, a Match is created. Chat is available on Gold or Platinum plans.
How long is the trial period?
New members get a 30-day free Platinum trial. After the trial, you can choose Silver, Gold, or Platinum plans.
Is my Aadhaar information safe?
Yes. Aadhaar documents are stored in private encrypted storage. Only authorized team members view them for verification. Other members never see them.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings and click 'Delete Account'. This is permanent and all your data will be removed.
