• Users must be 18 years of age or older
• The platform may be used only for the purpose of matrimony
• One account per person is allowed
• False information will result in immediate account termination

You are responsible for keeping all profile information accurate, truthful, and up to date. Keep your OTP and login credentials confidential.

• Using false, misleading, or someone else's information
• Sending spam, advertisements, or unsolicited contact
• Downloading or republishing other members' photos or data
• Harassment, threats, or abusive behaviour towards any member
• Using profiles for commercial or business purposes

Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Subscriptions are one-time purchases (no auto-renewal). Contact support@lagnachijodi.com for any billing issues.

Photos and content you upload remain your property. However, you grant us a limited licence to display them for the purpose of operating the platform.

Lagnachi Jodi is a facilitation platform. We do not guarantee that a marriage will result. We are not responsible for personal meetings or transactions between members.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice. You may also delete your account at any time from Settings.

These terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Maharashtra.
